General terms

All physical exercise performed as part of the health check is carried out at your own risk.

STYRK does not take responsibility for the participant’s execution of the exercises, but strive to guide in the best possible way by applicable guidelines to ensure a safe completion of the exercises.

If you suffer from any long-term illness, long-term after-effect of an injury or any long term condition that are relevant for this health assessment, please contact your doctor before signing up.

Cancellation terms

Out of respect for your trainer and your fellow co-workers, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

You can easily reschedule by using the links provided in the confirmation email you received upon signing up.

If you are not able to find any available time slot that fits you, please feel free to contact us at info@styrkmig.dk, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Source material rights and data handling

STYRK and InCommodities have the rights to all material provided.

All individual data regarding test results, measurements and questionnaire responses will be stored in a secure GDPR compliant program and only the STYRK trainers involved in the InCommodities collaboration can access this data.

You have the rights to request your individual data or have your data deleted from our system.

No individual data will be shared with any third party.

Only combined data, carefully analyzed to remove any possibility of identifying specific individuals, will be shared between STYRK and InCommodities.
