We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish legislation.

Purpose and Categories of Data We Process

To identify you as a customer and payer, we process:

  • Card details
  • Bank account information
  • Civil Registration Number (CPR) (if required for payment)
  • Invoice information (name and address)
  • Email address

To contact you and give you access to our system, we process:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Group affiliation

For statistical purposes (for your and our benefit), we process:

  • Class and activity history
  • Check-in history
  • Gender
  • Purchase history
  • Membership history

For accounting purposes, we process:

  • Purchase history
  • Outstanding payments

Programme and health data (sensitive information):
If, in connection with your training programme, you share information about health, weight, injuries, body fat percentage or similar, this is regarded as sensitive data. Such processing takes place only on the basis of your explicit consent and is used solely to tailor your programme.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following bases:

  • Contract performance: Where processing is necessary to deliver the agreed programme (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Legal obligation: Where we are required to retain information under accounting legislation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Consent: Where you voluntarily permit us to process health data or to send you newsletters and marketing (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)).
Storage and Deletion
  • We store your data for as long as you are a customer/member with us.
  • When your membership ends, your data is automatically deleted within 12 months.
  • Your payment and purchase history is retained in accordance with the rules of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Disclosure to Third Parties

We use external processors for e.g. payment handling, accounting and booking systems. These processors process your data solely on behalf of STYRK and in accordance with data processing agreements.
Your data is not disclosed to other third parties without your consent.

Your Rights

As a customer of STYRK, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification – You may have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
  • Right to erasure – You may request that your data be deleted when you no longer have an active contract with us.
  • Right to restriction – You may request that we restrict processing of your data, for example if you believe it is incorrect.
  • Right to object – You may object to your data being used for certain purposes, such as marketing.
  • Right to data portability – You may obtain a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent – If processing of your data is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
