Designed for all levels, our 45-minute small group classes ensures personal attention and a supportive atmosphere – all in a time-efficient package.
STRENGTH
Build functional strength using classic free-weight and bodyweight exercises. Each session is varied and creative, with expert guidance to ensure proper form and effective results.
CARDIO
Focus on cardiovascular fitness in a fun, dynamic class. Work with machines, light weights, and bodyweight exercises, with a bit of running when weather permits. A versatile workout that challenges and energizes.
STRENGTH AND CARDIO
Combine the best of both worlds in one session. Start with strength, move into cardio, and finish with a complete workout that improves both muscle and endurance.
